Telecom Provisioning Analyst

Our STS team is looking for a telecom provisioning analyst to provide remote case support for voice and data circuit provisioning functions as well as manage cases and vendors to constantly meet or exceed performance criteria..

Responsibilities

• Ordering, cancellation and modification of customer-owned circuits or carrier servicesMaintenance of all documentation pertaining to the Provisioning areaUtilize circuit database to track and manage circuits and circuit ordersMonitor and work various assigned cases according to SLA and customer satisfaction requirementsConduct periodic meetings with help desk to review changes in support or new product offeringsAct as escalation and expedition point
• Maintain appropriate FAQs and related documentation

• BS (or equivalent work experience)Working knowledge of Windows based operating systemsAble to communicate clearly and effectively in English with all levels of engineering and non-engineering staff via phone, email, and/or fax Demonstrated ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues of varying complexity with minimal supervision Applies established solutions to solve known issues and assists in the development of solutions for new issues Able to manage crisis situations effectively
• Manage multiple, simultaneous cases while maintaining predefined service levels and a high customer satisfaction level
