California State University (CSU) leveraged STS Professional Services to assess, design, and implement a new interstate IP network interconnecting over 125 community college campuses to CSU campuses.

The project was the single largest network integration initiative undertaken by CSU and remains the largest national achievement of educational campus integration in the country.

By providing budgeting, project management, service agreement negotiation and cost control for all performing vendors, STS realized a savings of nearly $30M vs. budget. Project completion also occurred 120 days ahead of schedule.
