 Shift Supervisor Telesales & Call Center Operations

Our Instant Networks division, headquartered in Dublin CA, has an immediate opening for a Shift Supervisor for Telesales and Call Center Operations. The position directly supervises a team of Inside Telesales Agents responsible for phone and web lead generation for our networking solutions sales. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for the management of inbound and outbound calls and shift scheduling for optimal coverage and activity.
Responsibilities
- Working manager overseeing a team of call center agents
- Create regular activity and outcome reports based on call activity/volume vs. lead/opportunity generation for reporting to upper management team
- Assist in the strategic planning and deployment of market penetration campaigns
- Assist in the administration of internal CRM and call management systems
- Assist in the creation of call scripts and coordination of sales and marketing programs, campaigns and promotions
Qualifications
- 3-5 years telesales / call center management experience in IT industry
- BS in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong interpersonal and telephone communication skills
- Ability to drive outcomes in a high production environment
- Working knowledge of IT industry and IP Communications technology a plus
- Knowledge of Cisco networking and VoIP products and solutions a plus
Compensation
FTE: Generous base salary + benefits; generous commission and compensation structure

Responsibilities
- Outbound telesales lead generation activities to drive potential customers to Instant Networks web store
- Manage and/or route inbound calls and inquiries
- Provide excellent service at every customer touch point
Qualifications
- 1-3 years inside sales, lead generation activity and/or telemarketing experience
- Strong telephone communication skills a must!
- Working knowledge of IT industry and IP Communications technology a plus
- Knowledge of Cisco networking and VoIP products and solutions a plus
