Shift Supervisor
Telesales & Call Center Operations
International Headquarters

Our Instant Networks division, headquartered in Dublin CA, has an immediate opening for a Shift Supervisor for Telesales and Call Center Operations. The position directly supervises a team of Inside Telesales Agents responsible for phone and web lead generation for our networking solutions sales. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for the management of inbound and outbound calls and shift scheduling for optimal coverage and activity.

Responsibilities

  • Working manager overseeing a team of call center agents
  • Create regular activity and outcome reports based on call activity/volume vs. lead/opportunity generation for reporting to upper management team
  • Assist in the strategic planning and deployment of market penetration campaigns
  • Assist in the administration of internal CRM and call management systems
  • Assist in the creation of call scripts and coordination of sales and marketing programs, campaigns and promotions

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years telesales / call center management experience in IT industry
  • BS in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong interpersonal and telephone communication skills
  • Ability to drive outcomes in a high production environment
  • Working knowledge of IT industry and IP Communications technology a plus
  • Knowledge of Cisco networking and VoIP products and solutions a plus

Compensation

Telesales Agent

IBM/AIX System Administrator
Hayward

Our Field Operations Center in Hayward, CA has an immediate opening for a full time IBM/AIX System Administrator. The position entails installing and evaluating software, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems
  • Perform system backups and recovery
  • Answer technical queries
  • Perform system performance tuning
  • Troubleshoot any reported problems

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has solid knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within IBM multi platforms and demonstrates exemplary level of customer service skills during direct contact with clients.
  • 3+ years system administration experience
  • BS in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Command line skills and experience in AIX
  • Scripting skills in perl, shell
  • Strong Hardware skills.
  • Experience in a variety of disaster recovery tasks
  • Hands on experience with Tivoli Storage Management (TSM) a plus

Printer Technician
Depot Repair
Los Angeles Service Center

Our Depot Repair Division, headquartered in Cypress CA, has an immediate opening for a Printer Technician. The position entails testing and repairing of advanced technological equipment, quality assurance and procedure writing. The Printer Technician reports directly to the Repair Center Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Repair printer systems and peripheral devices (Lexmark, Codonics, Fargo, Sony UDP, and HP)
  • Repair of Duplexers and paper trays
  • Continuous monitoring of the quality management systems
  • Assist in processing RMAs for scrapping, non-conforming materials
  • Assist in clearing any backlog parts as determined by Depot Manager
  • Assist in testing repaired equipment when trained to do so
  • Assist repair staff with lifting of repaired equipment

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a motivational team leader with the ability to drive outcomes in a high production environment. Strong computer skills and an upbeat and winning attitude are a must. The ideal candidate possesses strong work ethics with an emphasis on quality. Recommended depth of experience includes:
  • High School Diploma (Required)
  • BS in Technological Field (Equivalent Experience in related field can substitute for degree.)
  • 3-5 years testing and repairing printers
  • Working knowledge of QA/QC and ISO 9000
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux preferred
  • Knowledge of Windows XP, Word, Excel, and Explorer

Compensation

Lab Technician

We have an immediate opening for a Lab Technician based out of our Cypress CA Service Center. The position entails repairing and troubleshooting Alpha systems and peripheral devices of advanced technological equipment, quality assurance and procedure writing. The Lab Technician reports directly to the Repair Center Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Required to repair and troubleshoot Alpha systems and peripheral devices
  • Repair PC’s and scanners
  • Continuous monitoring of the quality management systems
  • Assist in processing RMAs for scrapping, non-conforming materials

Qualifications

  • Two year minimum testing and repairing Alpha systems
  • Working knowledge of QA/QC and ISO 9000
